SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We are unable to cancel your order after it is placed. Please follow the return process below if you decide that you no longer want your purchase.
Standard Shipping :
Free for all orders over $50. Average transit time is 3-6 business days We do not guarantee shipping times for Standard Shipping.
Customer pays shipping based on weight of package. Average transit time is 2-5 business days until first delivery attempt. We do not guarantee shipping times for Expedited Shipping.
After the order is placed, you will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
Shipping typically takes 4-6 business days via UPS or FedEx, but delays from the courier can happen.
We ship to the address provided by the customer, and we are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided.
Customer is responsible for the re-delivery fee.
During our soft launch phase we are not accepting returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours
